TERMS & CONDITIONS
The T&Cs below form the basis on which your designs will be completed and delivered . We recommend you read through these. By securing your date with a €200 booking fee, you are proceeding with your flower order from Total Flower Designs and agreeing to the terms and conditions below, without exception.
1 Our annual Wedding Price Guide is a guide only, and may be subject to change following a consultation and more detailed discussion of your requirements.

2 Prices quoted will take into consideration a premium for weddings occurring on dates surrounding Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Christmas & New Year. Set Package prices are not valid for these times.
3 Quotations are valid for 10 days. If you wish to proceed and book our services for your wedding date, a non refundable €200 booking fee is required to hold and book your wedding date. This should be paid within 10 days of receiving your quotation. Unfortunately we are not in a position to confirm your wedding until the booking deposit has been received. This booking fee will be deducted from your final balance.
4 If you decide to postpone your wedding, we will hold the deposit for use on an alternative date within 12 months of the original date, this is subject to our availability and may be subject to rearrangement fees.
5 Once your wedding date is booked with us, we will contact you 4-6 weeks before your wedding day to run through the details of your designs, discuss any last minute changes and finalise the logistics for the day.

8 All fresh flowers and foliage are subject to availability. We pride ourselves on using the best quality flowers available to ensure maximum quality for your event. However,on rare occasions, when your chosen flower type or colour is not available we will substitute with the closest possible maintaining quality and value. Please note flowers are natural products and therefore can vary in exact shade and size.

9 The balance of payment for your wedding flowers must be paid in full 14 days before the wedding date to enable us to order your flowers. Total Flower Designs reserves the right to cancel any wedding flower booking if payment is not made in full before the wedding, unless agreed in advance. We are not obliged to offer any compensation for inconvenience caused.

10 Hire items- Charges will be made for any damage to hired items etc. Replacement of goods is charged at the current purchase price. It is the responsibility of the hirer to reclaim any of these costs from the venue if the venue was at fault. Equipment hired remains the property of Total Flower Designs at all times.

11 Should the client have any issues with the quality or standard of the floral designs, the client must notify the florist on the day of receipt. Total Flower Designs reserves the right to rectify any errors on the day without prejudice. Any complaints regarding the quality, shape, size, quantity etc cannot be accepted after the day of the event.

12 Cancellations must be made in writing. Once received an invoice for any fees due will be issued, this must be paid within 14 days of receipt in order to cancel your contract. Until payment is received the contract remains in place.
12.1 Cancellation Nine months or more before event date: Booking deposit retained, no further payment required.
12.2 Six-Eight months before the event date: Booking deposit retained, and an admin fee of €150 required.
12.3 Three-Five months before the event date: Booking deposit retained, and 50% of final amount payable.
12.4 Two weeks – Three months before the event date: Booking deposit retained, and 75% of final amount payable.
12.5 Two weeks up to event date: Booking deposit retained, and full amount payable.
12.6 In the extreme and unlikely circumstance that we may need to cancel your booking, or are unable to fulfil your order due to illness, injury, accident or any other circumstance, and we are unable to find another suitable supplier, we will inform you as soon as possible, and refund to you any amounts you have paid to us.
